Training Coordinator Haydock

We are keen to recruit a Training Coordinator for the Speedy Academy, whose key responsibilities will lie in the provision of administrative support and query resolution for internal departments in order to arrange suitable training for Speedy employees. You will have strong communication skills and be customer service orientated, while maintaining an eye for detail when making training arrangements.

Main responsibilities

As a Training Coordinator you will be liaising with internal Speedy customers to identify training requirements and ensuring all departmental admin duties are covered as required. This will include booking internal Speedy courses as well as accommodating external courses.

As a Training Coordinator with the Speedy Academy, you will be responsible for raising purchase orders, organising trainer calendars, managing the TMS system and ensuing all training records are kept up to date.

As a Training Coordinator you will have strong administrational skills and also have the ability to communicate efficiently throughout the business.

Previous experience within the tool/ plant hires industry.
