Training Coordinator- Cheltenham

My client based in the heart of Cheltenham, are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join their fun and friendly team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing training to all new starters along with providing refresher training to existing members of staff.

Responsibilities/Duties:

-To train, coach, mentor and develop the sales and support staff teams to higher levels of performance

-Conduct onboarding training for new to group staff

-Collate and manage onboarding staff documentation and training files

-To report back to the management team on the progression and development of all team members

-Collate and maintain all training documentation

-Assist in the design and maintenance of all training resources, including ensuring all materials are up to date

-Assist with the recruitment process on a adhoc basis

Key skills:

-Experience in training groups and individuals

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to motivate and inspire

-Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

-Previous experience in designing and delivering specialised training sessions

-Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure

Salary: Up to £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5.30pm
