Training and Operational Admin Supervisor

Reporting to the Head of Training Delivery and working a 40 hours per week on a 'Flexi-time’ Basis are two massive benefits of joining this client as well as many more.

This Training and Operational Admin Supervisor role will include the following duties:

  • Supervise the Training Administrators and Operational Administrator, covering welfare, leave approval, cross training, performance reviews and production/maintenance of work instructions

  • Supervise the production and maintenance of all training admin procedures. Creating 'how to guides’ and work instructions

  • Facilities management coordination and associated supplier liaison

  • Liaison with all internal departments to ensure accurate & safe storage of data, reporting via Head of Training Delivery

  • Act as a H&S Rep and advise/support all other sites, including overseas if required

  • Oversee administration expense/POs and suggest areas to reduce cost, liaising with the Business & Commercial Support Manager

  • Conduct and record fire training and evacuation drills as directed by line management

  • Co-ordinate all staff expenses and night away allowance submissions, checking accuracy and presenting for authorisation/rejection - as necessary

  • Act as point of contact for all risk assessments, in liaison with Group Quality Manager, issuing to correct subject matter experts under direction of line management

The ideal candidate for this Training and Operational Admin Supervisor role will include:

  • Experience and proficiency of supervisory role

  • Proficiency of all MS Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Experience of office work preferable

  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to build powerful relationships

  • Ability to achieve results moving this client forward
