Training and Events Co-Ordinator

………This position is exciting and varied, involving organising national and local events as well as supporting the training team in a wide range of support tasks.

You will need to be a super organised and reliable person with great interpersonal skills as this role is the frontline point of contact for all enquiries in the department.

You will end up as a person that everybody knows as all employees will attend training events throughout their career, so a friendly and helpful outlook is essential for this job.

Administration and organisational skills are vital for this role and some events experience would be a big bonus. Knowledge of how a training department runs would be a plus point in this role but not essential. We will be flexible in terms of experience for the right person but this is not an entry level position, you will need to have some experience of an organisational role with responsibility in an office environment.
