Salary range: £39,990 - £48,775
The Norwich BioScience Institutes are seeking a pro-active, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on responsibility for training and development across our world class science institutes and partnership support service. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to further develop the training provision across our internationally recognised institutes.
The Norwich BioScience Institutes, made up of the John Innes Centre, Quadram Institute Bioscience, Earlham Institute and The Sainsbury Laboratory, work together to tackle the major challenges facing us in the 21st Century - the sustainability of our environment; our food supplies and healthy ageing.
The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for developing, enhancing and assessing our training programmes, making a demonstrable impact on the delivery of excellent science, by supporting the development of research, professional and scientific support staff and postgraduate students. You should have significant training and development management experience; ideally within a similar academic or scientific setting.
This role is available on a full-time or part time basis.
