Due to expansion we are looking to give a successful Recruitment Consultant or Manager the opportunity to utilise their experience and take their first step into a career in training. The successful candidate will benefit from a structured training and induction program with ongoing development. The role will be based at our Training Centre based in Halesowen and our Head Office in Bromsgrove, West Midlands.
In 2017 the Training Team will deliver some 450 days planned training (across 25 different courses), 25 days of workshops, spend some 200 days in branch and develop four new programmes supporting the entire Group. You will be joining an established team of eight, with one new addition planned for 2016 as the Group’s expansion continues; this provides fantastic career progression within the Team.
You will develop your training skills to allow you to deliver a wide variety of courses including:
Foundation Programme - covering all aspects of high street recruitment
Core Skills - residential sales course
Driver Technical - industry specific skills
Regional Workshops - regionally delivered on local topics

You will be able to prove/ demonstrate:
- Experience as a manager/consultant in a sales based recruitment role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, email and Internet
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to engage and build rapport at all levels

- An adaptable and flexible approach to your work ethic
- A commitment to your own professional development
Key Attributes - Advantageous
- Previous training or coaching experience within the recruitment industry
- Managing projects
- Experience working with minimal supervision
- A full current UK driving licence
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience with company car after qualifying period.
Quarterly bonus paid after qualifying period
Hours: 40 hours per week between hours of 08.00 - 17.30 with 1 hour for lunch. The role may potentially be available on a part time basis, 3-4 full days per week that must include Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
Holidays: 22 days per year rising to 25 days after your first year
You will have the opportunity to study towards the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice or similar and will further benefit from ongoing career development.
