What You’ll Do
- Implement and manage the Training & Competency (T&C) framework in line with FCA regulations.
- Coach and mentor advisers to achieve competence and maintain high standards.
- Monitor performance, identify development needs, and create tailored training plans.
- Collaborate with compliance and business leaders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Use data insights to drive proactive interventions and prevent customer detriment.
About You
- Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and T&C frameworks
- Experience in adviser supervision or competency management within financial services
- Excellent communication and coaching skills – able to build trust and influence
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities
- Passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional customer outcomes
