My client are a nationwide firm of Independent Financial Advisers advising across a range of financial products including, Investments, Personal Pensions, Corporate Pensions, Protection, Mortgages and Life Assurance. The firm are set for more growth plans this year and early next year with a few business acquisitions lined up. They are currently seeking an experienced Training and Competence Supervisor to join their established team.
Your role’s responsibilities will include:
-To effectively deliver the T&C requirements of the firm, including conducting all T&C activities on a day to day basis
-To supervise up to a circa of 50 advisers within span of control across the advisory business areas
-To support and delivery Sales Management to the advisers
-To support IFA’s in developing their business goals & objectives
-To deliver and support aspects of IFA training and development
-To maintain accurate records relating to T&C and support the firms Compliance functions
The experience you need:
-Previous T&C and Sales Management experience
-Ideally, IFA sector experience
-Qualified to a QCA Level 4 Diploma standard at minimum
-Hold a relevant industry supervision qualification. H15, J07 or AF6 is desirable.
-To be an accomplished communicator with experience of interacting effectively with both groups and on an individual basis
