We are a charity supporting older people with care and support needs in Bromley, seeking a proactive and well organised individual who is passionate about working in the not-for-profit sector. You will plan and co-ordinate the staff training for our services and assist in the planning and implementation of client activities.
You will be well organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail and good IT (especially Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and communication skills. A good standard of verbal and written English is essential. You will be approachable with a warm and helpful telephone manner. You must enjoy team working as well as working alone using your initiative.
A genuine interest in older people and a commitment to diversity is essential. In return for your commitment we can offer you interesting and varied work and you will enjoy visible and supportive management from our locally based senior team.
You will be based in one of our services in Bromley but may be expected to travel across the borough as required. All our services are easily reached by public transport. Working hours can be full or part time but must be worked flexibly, generally within the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
