Mick George Ltd are now recruiting a Training Administrator to join the Health & Safety department. The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator, with a confident telephone manner and the ability to multi-task. An Interest in Health & Safety would also be desirable but not essential for this role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Maintain training records.
Book Training Courses with external training providers.
Maintain training accounts and ensure training invoices are paid.
Manage the training calendar, bookings and cancellations effectively.
Ensure training feedback questionnaires are reviewed, logged and feedback actioned.
Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up.
Resolve issues as they arise onsite.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Effective Communication Skills.
A confident individual who will be willing to liaise with external training companies.
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure.
Strong IT skills with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
