Mick George Ltd are now recruiting a Training Administrator to join the Health & Safety department. The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator, with a confident telephone manner and the ability to multi-task. An Interest in Health & Safety would also be desirable but not essential for this role.


  • Maintain training records.

  • Book Training Courses with external training providers.

  • Maintain training accounts and ensure training invoices are paid.

  • Manage the training calendar, bookings and cancellations effectively.

  • Ensure training feedback questionnaires are reviewed, logged and feedback actioned.

  • Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up.

  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite.


  • Effective Communication Skills.

  • A confident individual who will be willing to liaise with external training companies.

  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Strong IT skills with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
