This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing financial services business in Huddersfield, my client is seeking someone with administration and training experience to join their Save As You Earn (SAYE) Training and Oversight area. This is a busy role, reporting to the Team Leader, you will be part of a busy, operational team, carrying out duties relating to Save as You Earn schemes, liaising with customers and clients in relation to the maintenance of these schemes.
Day to day you will be planning and delivering training and coaching to your fellow SAYE team members, supporting them to ensure requests from customers are handled professionally and issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. You will also need to gather customer information, draft responses to them and solve their queries quickly and efficiently, whilst providing excellent customer service.
You will be in contact with our customers via phone, as well as internal colleagues via phone, email and face to face.
As a training administrator, you will provide consistent support and oversight to the whole team, whilst keeping the system and client records up to date; making sure all customer information is recorded correctly and within service standards. You will also help management to monitor team performance, provide feedback to improve this, and carry out other adhoc tasks as necessary.
Skills and Qualities you'll need:
G.C.S.E Maths and English grade ‘C’ or above
Ability to work under pressure
Confident telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisation skills
Excellent customer/client service skills
Coaching, mentoring and/or training experience
Good understanding of Microsoft Office; especially Excel
