Training Administrator

My client based in the Huntingdon area is currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis. To carry out the duties of a Training Administrator under the direction of the Senior Administrator, providing administration, coordination and support to all services, systems and processes used in the planning, delivery and recording of training.


· Training enquiries and bookings

· eLearning bookings, including TEAM Card Refreshers & card production

· Prepare training/trainer materials, including post & shipping

· Support the Training Supervisor with combined members training events

· Training course lunches - ordering

· Training school admin requirements

· Skills Bank and other training portals administration

· Provide supporting cover for the Admin Team as and when required for holidays, sickness and busy peak periods

· Preparation of meeting rooms as and when required

· Support for the Accredited Training Scheme

· Processing of eLearning students on the Learning Management System


· Telephone call handling

· Preparing outbound post and couriered items

· Any other office duties that may be required to ensure effective administration

· Maintaining close communication with the Training Services Manager and other staff

· Attending training and development sessions as required

· Comply with all H&S requirements, statutory and other
