Trainer - Milton Keynes - up to £22,000
Our client is a global organisation and a leader within their specialist business field. Due to impending growth, they are now looking for an experienced Trainer to join them to support a site of around 100 staff.
Reporting through to the Lead Trainer on-site and with a dotted line to the Operations Manager and the Training Manager, you will support with the following:
? Planning, organising and delivery of all Induction, refresher and upskill training
? Ensuring all training documentation is kept up to date
? Completion of all assessment & sign off procedures
? Working with the Lead Trainer to ensure all training materials are up to date and relevant
? Assisting advisors with side by side coaching and development
? Helping new advisors settle into the business acting as a SME
? Working with Operations on new L&D initiatives
? Creating learning guides using appropriate software
? To highlight any issues on training carried out that will prevent smooth operation of training
? Keeping all paperwork up to date during training for handover to Operations
? Adhoc administration tasks
? Registering new starters for LMS
? Requesting access to essential systems for new starters
To be successful in this role it is expected you'll have experience delivering training from within a Call Centre based environment. You'll need a practical understanding and application of different learning styles and the ability to plan, organise and perform in a fast paced changing environment. You'll also need excellent people and communications skills as well senior stakeholder engagement skills.
