Success Factors (EC /Onboarding) Trainer

What you will do:

- Deliver and develop first class training using the latest training techniques
- Develop the training approach and plan to deliver training for Employee Central and On Boarding
- Understand the business process by working closely with project team and key stakeholders and attending design validation workshops
- Develop training content based on business requirements
- Define course outlines and training scenarios
- Create governance documentation and guidance to training packages
- Enable Train the Trainer and End User Training
- Work with project team to define training timescales and training environments
- Manage the Creation of the TNA
- Develop initiatives for evaluating training activity

Your experience will include:

- Significant experience in developing training materials
- Extensive experience in training delivery primarily in SAP
- Experience of creating e-learning and other documentation including videos and podcasts is desirable
- Confident presenter and trainer, excellent communications skills
- Experience of delivering to agile methodologies
- Experience in SAP Activate Implementation methodologies

Candidate Requirements

- Knowledge and understanding of training management in an IT service provider, or heavily regulated environment would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple terms and concepts.
- An engaging personal style with the confidence to provide advice, support and guidance on matters concerning the provision of training.
- Good report writing and requirements gathering skills are essential.
- An ability to develop and build trusting open relationships using excellent stakeholder management skill
- Develop initiatives for evaluating training activity
