Trainer/Quality Assurer

Vending Operations

If you are excited at the prospect of a "Blank sheet" and being the key player in this exciting development, and have a background in training of manual staff, we would like to hear from you.

This is a permanent full-time role - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.Bradford based with travel throughout Lancashire/Midlands/South as required

With ambitious growth plans, a new position has been created within our operations department for an experienced trainer/quality assurer to help ensure our vending standards are achieved and maintained. (Alternatively, you may have experience in man-management, had experience of training as an integral part of your role and enjoyed success in this area).

Initially this role will be heavily involved in setting up a thorough induction, (to be delivered at our Bradford head office), for all newly recruited operatives. Working closely with Regional Operations Management and the Head of Operations, this in-depth programme needs to cover all aspects of the job including:

·Stock and cash handling

·Machine fill and cleaning standards

·Software training - Vendmanager/MoorepayHR

·Health and safety including manual handling

Thereafter the focus will be on retraining when necessary, and delivering bolt-on modules for any new developments.

An equally integral part of the job is ensuring the training is transferred into reality. You will be responsible for setting KPI’s for quality standards - with the assistance of all operational management - and establishing procedures for monitoring these across the entire team.

You will be the person all internal departments will look to regarding quality standards, and therefore should be motivated by results and accountability.

Full driving licence essential - the role will involve travel throughout our geographical spread, and you must be prepared to work flexibly when required and occasionally be away from home overnight.

We are a 2nd generation, family run and owned business with a passion for our key values: teamwork, integrity, innovation and responsibility. It is important that these values speak to you!

21 days holiday plus bank holidays rising with length of service

An extra Birthday holiday after six months completed service
