A Care Home Trainer is required to work in a lovely; elderly residential care home, set in beautiful grounds in the central Exeter.

As a care home trainer your role will be to provide mandatory training and coaching to the carers and teams at this large residential care home. You will be responsible for the planning, deliver and evaluation of a range of learning and development activities including formal induction programmes, for all frontline staff including the domestic/laundry and catering teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring the home is fully compliant with regards to staff training.

As a Care Home Trainer It is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:-
* Knowledge of the Health & Social Care Standards
* CQC/CSSIW
* All Mandatory training
* Have the ability to inspire and stand up and deliver training
* Formal presentations
* Coaching and influencing
* At lease a level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent
* All documentation is stored electronically, therefore good IT skills are essential for this role

If you have provided any type of care related training, you could be considered for this role. One of the most important attributes is that you have excellent presentation skills.
