As a Trainer Assessor you will earn £28,000 a year. This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract. We are looking for a problem solving individual who can meet the needs of our learners who are studying for qualifications in Early Years and Team Leading levels 2-5.
This role involves travelling between our nurseries to assess learners. It will also involve delivering training at Head Office, or other venues, and attendance at regular standardisation meetings. You will use an e-portfolio system to manage your learners, full training given, and will work with a functional skills tutor to support learners achieve their English and Maths qualifications.
This is a challenging field based position for someone who holds a minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years and is willing to study for, or has achieved, a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
The ideal individual will need to be passionate about supporting others to achieve their dream of becoming a qualified Nursery Practitioner and beyond.
