Are you a qualified assessor/trainer and have a strong occupational back ground in customer service and management and looking for a new challenge?

TLC has vacancies for customer service and management trainers. You will be joining a prestigious OFTSED grade 1, national training provider to support with their Welsh apprenticeship delivery of:-

  • Team Leading
  • Management
  • Customer Service

We are looking for candidates that have a passion for training, mentoring, coaching and wish to see others achieve and gain national recognised qualifications. You will be required to work with learners each month on a one to one basis developing their skills and knowledge. Experience of stand and deliver training will be a bonus but is not a requirement as training and support will be provided.

Travel expenses are also paid to and from the sites and salary depends on experience and qualifications.
