Your duties will include:
* Helping customers with line and broadband faults.
* Handling complaints and investigating them.
* All other general queries.
The most suitable candidate will have good knowledge of home networking, and have excellent customer service. Knowledge of Mac OSX, Windows and mobile devices such as Android and iOS etc. would be an advantage.
