Trainee Computer Science Teacher - Salaried TiQ Programme - Teaching Assistant to QTS
If you have a computing degree and would like to become a teacher without course fees, then you can start your journey from Teaching Assistant to Qualified Teacher Status as soon as April 2018.
The TiQ Programme is a salaried route to QTS where you start as a Teaching Assistant while you find your feet in a school and receive training on how to teach, before you have to start taking on independent teaching responsibilities. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have exposure to good teaching practice within the school, training days delivered by experienced tutors to prepare you to start teaching.
