Pertemps is recruiting a TRAINEE SUPERVISOR for a document management company in Dunstable, the largest UK-owned records management company providing document management, records storage & archive.
Your main duties are the following:
- Document Storage, cloud and media storage
- Document Shredding
- Scanning, including specialist project scanning
- Arranging boxes
- Lifting and moving boxes
- Working with confidential waste (paperwork)
- Collection and deliveries of confidential paperwork
- Warehouse Experience is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Competent IT skills mainly Microsoft Office - not essential, must have the capacity to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to be pro-active and work on own initiative
