Trainee Sales Negotiator
Are you looking for a new challenge as a Trainee Sales Negotiator within an established, multi office, independent Estate Agent, dealing in Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management. The company was established in 1988 by 3 Directors covering Enfield, Cheshunt, Hertford and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset. You must have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the property industry and local market knowledge is essential.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:
- Basic £20,000 to £22,000
- OTE £30,000 to £35,000

Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
The skills required for this Trainee Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Local area knowledge essential
- High level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team
- Excellent telephone manner and very well presented
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
