As trainee sales negotiator you will be joining a dynamic and highly successful sales team and be working under the guidance of the sales manager learning the role from day one.
The role offers great potential to progress to the top of the industry.
Providing first class support to the sales team and being a pivotal part of increasing revenue.
Key responsibilities will include dealing with incoming phone calls and queries on telephone and by email, creating and uploading property details to the inhouse system.
You’ll be using the office diary to liaise with buyers, sellers and colleagues to book viewings.
Chasing feedback from viewings and updating vendors.
You will be soon be assisting with negotiating sales.
Helping with general office administration and listing properties, preparing and sending property details.
As trainee sales negotiator you will need to be hardworking, professional and well-presented with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You’ll need to be able to learn quickly on the job, confident and enjoy new challenges.
Good IT and administration skills and be a good team player.
Outgoing and able to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
Some sales experience (not necessarily property related) a real benefit.

Our client is flexible on package depending on experience and pays a leading basic salary for this type of role £20-25K with uncapped and realistic OTE £30-35K in the first year.
