One of Surrey's leading estate agencies, with a network of offices locally, currently has an opportunity for a Sales Negotiator in Addlestone. The company is looking to recruit a hardworking, dedicated and passionate individual who is looking work with an employer who will support its development.
The role will involve a great deal of customer facing, therefore, you will need to have excellent people skills as you will be meeting applicants and registering purchasers who you will be required to discuss potential properties with and accompany on viewings. You will also be actively involved in the negotiation process up to the sale.
You will ideally have a professional, personable approach and be able to demonstrate your sales skills in order to be successful in this role. There will be some administration work so good communication and IT skills are essential.

• Previous sales experience and a sales focused mentality
• Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
• Full driving licence and car essential.
You will have the ability to earn uncapped commission, so if you are able to thrive in a sales orientated, targeted environment then this could be the role for you.
The initial basic salary will be in the region of £15,000 to £18,000 depending upon the level of experience and ability to earn £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on your performance. They will also provide a car allowance.
