The company is recruiting for a Client Advisor to further strengthen the team in its Liphook office, which is located in a fabulous Georgian buildingin the Square. This position will really suit an individual who is organised, committed and diligent with high professional standards. They want someone with an outgoing personalityand able to communicate at all levels, through all channels. Experience in the property market would be an advantage, but our client will also be interested in you if you have the right skills and are looking for a career change in a new sector, as full training will be given.
The client advisors are involved in most aspects of agency activity, working with an interesting portfolio of properties, accompanying viewings, liaising with sellers and buyers on general matters, updating the in-house management systems and just being an integral part of the team.

- Confident in dealing with clients
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Good telephone manner
- Able to multi task and prioritise workload
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
They company offer an attractive salary package, depending on experience, of £20,000 to £25,000+, a pension plan, full business expenses and other benefits.
