We are looking for an ambitious Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our clients successful team. Role Overview:
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will support the Auction & Land team in managing auction sales. This is an entry-level role, perfect for candidates with a passion for property who are looking to develop their skills and grow their career. You will assist in conducting valuations, handling client inquiries, and learning the ropes of the auction process.
Sales Negotiator Duties:
- Assist in conducting property viewings and valuations for residential, commercial, and land assets (training provided).
- Support senior negotiators in preparing properties for auction.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers.
- Handle sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Learn to negotiate sales and assist with client meetings.
- Stay informed about local property market trends and auction procedures.
Sales Negotiator Skills & Experience Required:
- Up to 6 months of experience in estate agency or property-related roles (preferred but not essential).
- A strong interest in property and a desire to learn about auctions and the property market.
- Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.
- Enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Sales Negotiator Package:
- £23,000 - £25,000 +Commission
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
