Our client is an up and coming property consultancy based in Canary Wharf and due to success and expansion, they are looking for a trainee sales Negotiator to specialise in New Homes and help develop the team.
This is an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door within the New Homes market. You will have access to a wide portfolio of developments that consists of high end, off plan properties from a wide range of London's top developers. You will be working directly with the Sales Director, to gain a first-hand understanding into sales and for the right candidate a view for progression and growth within the company.
Although experience within prime residential sales would beneficial, this is also the perfect opportunity for someone who has no property experience but has a can do attitude and is eager to learn, enthusiastic and has a knowledge within the property market.
- Selling off plan properties from marketing material
- Delivering sales through to completion whilst negotiating deals
- Developing skills and knowledge of the new homes market
- Building and maintaining client relationships throughout the process
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Working within a team to ensure targets are met
The ideal candidate will be:
- In depth knowledge of the London Property Market
- Highly presentable when dealing with face-to-face purchases
- Have good computer skills inclusive of excel
- Eager for career progression
- Driven and ambitious personality
£14,000 Basic and OTE £45,000
Monday - Friday with every other Saturday
