New Homes Trainee Sales Advisor required!

Due to continued success and growth, Avant Homes are currently recruiting for full time New Homes Trainee Sales Advisors to be based at our sites around the North East region - You could be based at any of our developments located within the North East area so a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle is essential for this role.
Please note, this position is a full-time role working 5 days across 7 days a week to including 3 out of 4 weekends (1 weekend off per month).
Trainee Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be providing professional on-site new homes sales advice. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Managing and coordinating all on-site sales for Avant Homes
- Maintaining an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot on your development, updating customers on a weekly basis on progress
- Working with the Site Manager and Area/Field Sales Manager to ensure the development’s show home, plot build completions, standing stock, landscaping and “street scene” meet the quality and presentation standards required
- Actively promote community engagement on the development
- Assisting in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Sales and Marketing function
The Ideal Trainee Sales Advisor:
Full training will be provided in the form of the TJ Award winning Avant Homes Sales Academy training course (based in South Sheffield), which is a 3-6-month training and development programme that will provide you with the knowledge and skills of how to sell our outstanding product.
As well as being able to demonstrate your experience within a targeted sales environment you will possess an aptitude to combine strong organisational and communication skills with a keen desire to work in a quality driven business.
Ideally you will have proven experience in face to face sales and have the ability to provide a first-class customer service experience.
In return for your hard work, you can expect to receive a basic salary of £17,000 per annum which will be increased to £18,000pa upon successful completion of the Sales Academy plus a generous commission scheme (OTE £46k pa), mileage and expenses!
