My client is a leading independent pharmaceutical chain within the Yorkshire and surrounding regions. Working within the Harworth branch, you will be required to train up into a management position, working on average 23 hours p/w, managing a team of Pharmacy Assistants.
Trainee Supervisor required, 23 hours p/w. You will be required to assist the public, order and maintain stock levels, maintain accurate accounting procedures, completion of relevant paperwork, ensure the premises are kept clean and tidy, ensure orders sent within timescales, delegate work to relevant members of staff, manage disciplinaries and grievances and all other associated duties required by the business.
Previous retail supervisory/management experience is essential. This position will involve a minimum of 2-3 years product/company training and needs someone with full flexibility as the hours vary depending on the week
Hours of work:
Monday 10am - 2pm
Tuesday 10am - 2pm
Thursday 10am - 6pm
Friday 9.30am - 6pm
National minimum wage to increase to £9.13 p/h after successfully completing the initial 12 weeks of training, statutory annual leave, pension.
