Salary: £24,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - The Role:

• Sourcing candidates.
• Pre-screening candidates.
• Setting up interviews.
• Preparing candidates for interview.
• Getting interview feedback.
• Negotiating terms of contract.
• Closing deals.
• Handling objections.
• Developing client relationships.
• Winning new clients (cold calling).

• It is a phone-based SALES role.

Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - Requirements:

• Up to 6 months RECRUITMENT experience very desirable.
• SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! - B2B, B2C, D2D, BD, Account Management etc.
• Degree qualified: 2:1 and above preferred, but not essential
• Competitive - high-level sporting achievements are very sought after.
• Self-motivated, excellent work ethic and desire to succeed (this is SUPER important).
• Resilient - you must have the ability and tenacity to spend most of your day cold calling.
• Charismatic - be an impressionable individual that can build rapport.
• Money-motivated - ultimately that is how you are directly rewarded in recruitment.
• Salesy - it is a sales job after all.
