Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package: £23K - £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K Year 2) (£70K Year 3)

Their UK division is looking to hire Trainee Consultants to join the London team. Your focus is on hiring mid and senior tech experts with experience working in the financial sector. They have ambitious growth plans and they now need consultants to be part of the journey and help develop the business.

As a consultant you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business within a specialist market
• Winning new clients through your business development activities
• Identify, contact and qualify candidates
• Managing existing clients and contracts, delivering the best possible service

Requirements:

• Graduate or 1+ years sales experience
• Passionate about technology, finance or business development
• Experience communicating with high-net-worth individuals would be a benefit
• A commitment to excellence in everything you do
