Here at Tank, we’re on the search for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology Recruitment team based in Truro.

We are a specialist technology recruitment business based in the heart of Cornwall with a perfect opportunity for a senior recruiter to escape the rat race of a big city without sacrificing earning potential or career progression.

The Role.

The Trainee Recruitment role is a sales role, building relationships with clients and candidates both over the phone and in person. We’re looking for hard working, driven, motivated and resilient people to join our fast growing team in Truro, you don’t need any prior experience just the motivation to succeed!

We’re looking for someone who can develop into a future leader. You’ll be working alongside award-winning and industry leading consultants, developing relationships with clients and delivering specialised candidates into their businesses.
