Edison Pope currently operates out of two offices, one based in Manchester city Centre and the other in brand new offices in Preston.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for running your own 'desk’ and managing all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish. You will operate within a vertical market and be required to build relationships with both candidates and clients and be solely responsible for the number of placements made each month.
This is a sales role which is driven by KPIs and requires working to targets and deadlines. It can be demanding but also extremely rewarding which is why we look for people who are hard-working, competitive and financially motivated.
The right person for this opportunity will have a combination of the following skills, experience, qualifications and characteristics: -

This is a trainee Recruiter position, which is why we’re not looking for candidates with previous Recruitment experience, however, we do expect candidates to be able to demonstrate experience of the following: -
- Hard work
- Achieving goals & reaching targets
- Previous B2B or B2C Sales Experience
- A Graduate with a Degree in Business or related subject /any subject but with a demonstrable passion for business
Training & Development
Edison Pope offers an excellent training and development program covering all areas of what is necessary to be successful in recruitment. This will take place vocationally and will involve group based work combined with one to one sessions with highly experienced Recruiters & Trainers. Edison Pope is passionate about continuous improvement which is why we are dedicated to offering training and development throughout your career from Trainee to Senior Manager and beyond!

Year 1 Realistic OTE = Min. £25-30K+
Year 2 Realistic OTE = Min. £35K+
Year 3 Realistic OTE = Min. £50K+
Year 4 Realistic OTE = Min. £70K+
(OTE = on target earnings)
- Basic salary increases in relation to revenue generated
