The recruitment industry is exciting but is a highly-competitive, demanding, and fast paced sector. To equip you for this role we will
give you structured training. We will enrol you into the Interaction Training Academy and give you one to one coaching, classroom
based learning and ongoing mentorship. We have one of the best training teams in the recruitment industry. During your first 6 months
you will be trained in every aspect of the recruitment role. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented
successful recruiters in the UK recruitment industry.
What Are We Looking For?

High-Achievers already working in a sales or service-orientated business who have a desire to work in a more entreprenurial
You must posses at least 2 years plus of good work experience at a good company
Please note that all applicants must hold a full UK Drivining Licence
What is the role?
This is a sales role where you will be responsible on a daily basis for indentifying and winning new business.
Although predominantly sales, recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs
and businesses to find staff.
At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn £35k - £40k. Once successful, your earnings
