The successful candidate will join our busy but friendly team based at Number 1 Spinningfields in the heart of Manchester's business district. Trainee Recruitment Consultants will benefit from our structured 6 month training programme from which they will emerge recruitment ready. 12 months into their new recruitment careers with Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment our consultants are earning £26,000 per annum plus £1,000 bonus a month. Ongoing support, internal and external training and development will create the perfect environment for rapid progression and a massive uplift in basic and earning potential.

Previous sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience, blue chip graduate trainee programme, would all be advantageous. You will fit in if you can manage your time effectively, are motivated to achieve targets without compromising on service and, we can do quirky and edgy but all in all you should consider yourself to be a pretty mindful kind of guy or girl.
