- Head hunting and interviewing executive candidates on the telephone and in person
- Telephone selling and email marketing exceptional candidates into appropriate businesses.
- Selling our service in person and on the telephone to potential clients
- Detailed market research
- Database management

I would like to see that you have some existing career experience, but I would entertain a recent graduate as well. Ideally, you will have some recruitment experience already, or a telesales or external sales background. These are only ideals though, I am open to candidates who come from any career background providing you have the necessary elan and communication skills.
We are a small fun loving close knit team who work and play hard.
A thorough training is provided.
Your basic will be up to £20,000 and in your first year you can expect to earn £35,000 and thereafter you should be earning comfortably in excess of £50,000 +
