Salary: £18k & OTE £30k in Year 1

Graduates who have the motivations to join the recruitment industry will be joining our training academy which involves extensive classroom based teaching, research projects and daily on-the-job telephone coaching. Driven graduates will have the opportunity to grow within the G2V Group as the role allows you to benefit from an uncapped commission structure and build your own personal client base.

Vivid Resourcing are part of the specialist G2V Group recruiting within the IT, Engineering and Life Sciences sectors, placing contract and permanent staff throughout the UK and international markets. With substantial growth year on year, the group are pursuing further plans which allows our Manchester office to welcome a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants


- Communicating with both candidates and clients

- Securing new business and servicing existing clients

- Advertising/marketing roles on various platforms

- Managing the entire interview process

- Negotiating and successfully making placements

- Working in UK and international markets
