I am on the hunt to find 2 talented, career focused individuals to enter the recruitment world. Initially as a Trainee Consultant, you will forge a very exciting career as a Talent Specialist in the IT sector, undertaking an outstanding academy style training program - fast tracking you to be the best in the business, in as little as 6 weeks!

***PLEASE NOTE: Reading based role, however, you must be able to attend the 6 week induction program in London (Great Portland Street) (trains will be paid for) - The start date will be 16th February 2018.

Are you ready to become a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

We are not your bog standard agency - in fact we are not an agency at all! We take complete ownership of hiring processes for growing businesses which completely breaks the mould and is revolutionising the way companies hire tech staff.

We train you to be the best. There are literally thousands of recruiters out there doing a SH*T job - trust me! YOU won't be one of those. You will have credibility, you WILL NOT adhere to ridiculous KPI's that promote quantity over quality - WE FOCUS ON QUALITY. We provide you with a 6 week bespoke and intensive in house training program- very structured - very comprehensive - Our training is NOT shadowing a senior consultant. You will have a dedicated trainer solely responsible for your development.

Career:
This is a career not a job! - We will map out your career progression paths on day one. You can take your career and earning potential in any direction you like and we will support you all the way! Progress to a manager or account manager within 18 months! Our career paths are more delivery focused over the typical SELL SELL SELL model of an agency.

The JOB:
Registering talented IT professionals in your assigned technical market (we train you on this too). Research and write detailed reports on the job seeker marketplace to present to our customers. Take job briefs from your account managers (which you will help write) and then go and find and sell your candidates into the role! - The concept is super simple - the execution is the more challenging part - but again, we will train you on this too!

YOU:
Ideally you will have some experience working in a commercial sales environment or customer service involving high volumes of calls or emails.

You could also just be a career motivated person who has evidenced this in your career so far - i.e. worked your way up to store manager or team leader over a period of time.

You will be an achiever - not just a sales achiever but an achiever in life; a go getter. You make things happen! You will have a busy social life and involve yourself in activities outside of work that you LOVE doing. You probably managed a part-time job whilst studying too...

PACKAGE:
Basic of £18-21K - Realistically £25-30K in year 1. £30-£40K in year 2....Year 3 you should be a senior account manager in the £50-80K bracket - REMEMBER this isn't a cold calling recruitment role so we pay you bigger basic salaries + bonuses rather than confusing commission structures and high pressure sales. THERE IS ZERO COLD CALLING IN THIS ROLE!

A clearly defined career progression pathway allowing incremental pay and bonus increases available at 3 month intervals - Starting at £21k, Level 2 is £25K, L3: £27K, L4: £30K, L5: £32K. In 18-24 months this can be a £50K + role and has a career path into Senior Account Management.
