Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £16,000 - £22,000
An established Financial Recruitment consultancy are looking for their next recruit to join their Sandwich office. Their niche approach to the market, specialising in both Financial Services and Executive search, allows expert, knowledgeable advice to both clients and candidates, giving both confidence and reassurance in the process.
Ideally you would have experience working within a recruitment environment, however this is not essential.
Our client is looking for someone who is target-driven who has the ability to work on their own initiative. You will have a fine attention to detail assuring both clients and candidates, receive the best possible service.
Analysing and understanding client’s specifications in order to meet their expectations
Using sales, business development and networking to attract business from client companies
Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking and headhunting
Building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
The ability to screen and interview candidates, whether this is via telephone or face to face
Maintaining, developing and growing the company’s database system
Achieving set monthly revenue targets and working to deadlines
Telephone experience is essential
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
Strong team work ethic
The ability to listen, learn and grown
