•This role is based within a successful recruitment company, who have offices all over the UK
•They operate in the 180 model (separate client and candidate team)
•This role is for the candidate team and involves screening, qualifying and shortlisting suitable IT sales candidates for various positions from junior up to Director level
•Working closely with the client team
•They already work with some prestigious and high profile clients including: Redbull, Nike, Adidas, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Lindt, Channel 4, Guardian, Telegraph, SAP, Microsoft, Wella, Krispy Kreme, etc..
•Building rapport and handling objections over the phone
•Repeat business and following up/account managing multiple clients
•Up to £25K (depending on experience) PLUS commission
•Incentives/bonuses include: Annual holiday targets to placed like Dubai and Miami, team nights out
•28 days holiday a year
•Flexible working hours (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm)
•You will be trained up extensively and be fully equipped with the tools you need to become a successful Senior Resourcer.
