Location: London

Package: £24-26K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 3)

If you’re a sales professional with 2+ years sales experience, our client NEEDs you to join them on their quest to success.

This is a rare opportunity to join London’s cooled recruitment business, specialising in Software Sales. You will be speaking with likeminded candidates and working with big brand names such as Nike and Tesla! Currently going through a huge growth period, there is no limit in terms of progression with our client, all the way to associate director level. Training is second to none, you’re surrounded by the best in the business.

Recruitment can be tough, which is why our client are BIG on rewarding consultants for their hard work. The whole team is off to Barcelona, as well as New York later in the year! Your salary will rise quickly as you progress within the role. Our client is also big on team building, with regular team away days and lunch clubs!

The Role:

• Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
• Organising interviews and selection events
• Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
• Building relationships with clients.
• Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
• Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills

The Requirements

• Recent graduate or 2+ years sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good academics, ideally degree educated
• Financially motivated
• Competitive
• A sense of achievement - sport, internships etc
