What you'll be doing:

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Specialising in high-growth sectors like tech, finance, and more.
  • Developing a deep understanding of your market to become an expert in your field.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent graduate from any degree discipline.
  • A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably have a sports background, sales experience or strong academics.
