- Sourcing the best talent for your vacancies by head hunting through a variety of different databases, jobs boards, social media platforms etc
- Maintaining candidate database and tracking.
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Generation of new clients through Business Development and maintaining those relationships.
- Complete responsibility of the entire recruitment cycle from conception to completion.
- Attend client and candidate meetings

- Recent Graduate with any degree specification
