Trainee Recruitment Consultant, London 20-22k Base + Competitive Commission!
We are looking for sales focussed individuals to join our team! You will either have some sales experience or be a graduate looking to get into Recruitment, with a good work ethic and confident nature. As the role incorporates both Business Development and Account Management as well as face to face meetings, you should be professional, credible and persuasive with good relationship building skills.
Initially the role will be focussed on sourcing the best candidates for our exisiting clients and warm roles, alongside completing our training programme which covers modules such as business development techniques, candidate management, LinkedIn training and interviewing techniques. You will be networking through LinkedIn, Head Hunting and posting job ads, through to telephone interviewing and shortlisting. You will then move into winning your own business, negotiating terms and heading out to regular client meetings.
