Newstaff Employment are now looking for 2 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the team within our Luton office. Succesful candidates must have their own transport.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you, the successful candidate, will be hungry for success and eager to learn alongside our experienced team. Good communication skills is a definitive must as you will build your business through speaking with new and existing clients and candidates. We would like you to be sales driven, with some experience in sales and/or building relationships with clients and customers alike.
At Newstaff Employment, we provide a comprehensive training academy for trainee consultants led by a specialist Learning and Development Manager over the course of 3 weeks with a follow-up schedule to assist trainee's in becoming fully fledged recruitment consultants.
MAIN JOB DUTIES:
•Using Newstaff’s existing database to establish and build your own profitable business division within Newstaff
•Developing new leads from competitor analysis, websites, networking, referrals and face to face business meetings
•Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including websites, referrals and networking etc
•Composing job adverts
•Negotiating business offers and selling Newstaff Employment Services Ltd's unique selling features
