What is required?
The successful applicants for the position of Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be required to demonstrate the following:
• Sales ability and the understanding of what it takes to be a successful recruitment consultant
• Commercial awareness
• Information gathering and problem-solving skills
• Internet navigation and social networking ability
• Strong written and communication skills
It is not essential to have any prior knowledge of the recruitment, property, engineering or construction industries, as there is a structured training programme for all entry level positions.

Working with a dedicated Learning and Development Manager, you will be enrolled onto a 6 month FAST TRACK two-phase tailored training program, providing you with knowledge of the industry they work in, developing the skills you’ll require to work as an executive head-hunter and ultimately developing and managing your own client portfolio. You will start off your role as a Researcher followed by promotion to Analyst and Associate within 12 months.
