Your new role
In your new role you will be supported in your professional development. You will provide assistance to the existing team, and carry out tasks relating to three separate areas:
Party Wall Surveying.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be highly organised and able to manage several different projects of varying workloads simultaneously.
You will need to be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, and liaise regularly with professionals from a variety of skilled backgrounds.
You will need to have completed a relevant degree, preferably one with a RICS accreditation, and practical experience in Structural Engineering, Party Walls & Quantity Surveying will be essential.
You will need to hold a valid UK or equivalent Driver's License and ideally have access to your own vehicle as you will be expected to travel to multiple sites during your working week.
