What you'll be responsible for

Analysing and solving issues, reporting to your Area Director to meet all Property Management duties whilst providing exquisite customer service and attaining your businessgoals. You will also work on delivering high-standards through effective time management, action planning and delivery of strategy.

Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. You will organise and manage your time and workload by overseeing and participating in all aspects of the property management process, in particular, this will include liaising with Tenants and Landlords to book and carry out Inventories, Inspections and Check-Ins/Check-Outs.

Your role is vital to the business, aiding growth to ensure properties are managed correctly and are in line with our company objectives. Much of this role will involve driving performance, reporting on critical metrics and Budget Performance whilst working alongside local branches.

What you'll need

This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Property Management, Lettings or Estate Agency. You will have a real passion for your work and you are happy to tell us at your interview how you would deliver this passion to your team; you will also be conscientious, hard-working, driven and results orientated and are able to embrace accountability and responsibility. Each member of the haart team acts with a spirit of professionalism, humility and integrity towards each other, and towards our clients.

  • Proven track record within Property Management.
  • Demonstrate that you are up to speed with current legislation
  • Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your management skills
  • You are a 'get things done’ kind of person.
  • You are legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance to the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Please Note: you will be asked to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK via proof of address, identity and NI prior to a formal offer of employment.
