Trainee Project Management
We are an event-based marketing company located in Sheffield City Centre that specialises in building brands and creating personalised campaigns for our international clients, specifically focusing on increasing market share and brand awareness. We are looking to fill several entry-level vacancies that combine marketing, sales, leadership and project management.
What Does it Involve?
We would expect candidates to represent our clients at our events across the surrounding areas. This would all be face to face liaising with both new and existing customers. The face to face aspect gives candidates the knowledge of how we carry out the campaigns and hands on experience working alongside our events team. Candidates would need to learn how each department of our company works therefore candidates would gain additional experience within marketing, finance, hr, recruitment and pr.
Candidates who demonstrate they can teach and develop others in all of these sectors would then be put forward for personal advancement. There are currently 10 clients on hold that are keen to start their campaigns with us. Our goal is to initiate the campaigns as soon as possible meaning we would be looking to advance 10 candidates over 12 months in to managing campaigns for one of these clients.
Training, Support and Ongoing Guidance
We would provide full training for candidates that have a keen interest in these areas. No experience is required, however, people from backgrounds of a social nature such as sports, hospitality and customer service tend to excel with us.
We encourage candidates from all areas to apply, we currently have out-standing people working with us from completely different areas such as construction and labouring therefore all applicants will be considered.
You'll be able to qualify for industry awards and public recognition as well as work and leisure travel opportunities throughout the UK, Europe and the USA! As long as you surround yourself with the right people, apply proven techniques, and work hard, you won't fail. We also provide cash incentives for those who stand out from the rest.
Requirements - We want to hear from you as long as:
• You're at least 18 years of age since you'll be signing binding contracts
• You're willing to work hard and expand your comfort zones as you learn
• You're comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• You have a positive outlook and are able to take accountability
Our Application and Selection Process:

Successful candidates will be screened over the phone or via email before being invited to attend a brief face-to-face interview with a member of our management team in our office in Sheffield. Those that stand out will be invited back for a full day at one of our events to observe this commission-only role. You'll meet some of the team and have the chance to learn more about us as we learn more about you and to see how our self-employed structure works.
