Our Trainee Teachers must have a wonderfully motivational attitude. You must have a real passion for education and the ability to teach with detail and enthusiasm. We want to meet a Trainee Teacher who can demonstrate an unwavering desire to become a teacher and maintain their enthusiastic manner throughout the school day.
Your role will involve you working in different functions across the whole school and you will be providing support to both high and low achievers through intervention and booster classes. As a Trainee Teacher, you will also have the opportunity to lead whole class teaching under the mentorship of the class teacher. You will be contributing to the planning and assessment of lessons with the assistance of an academic mentor.

The Trainee Teacher position is in conjunction with the Premier Pathways Initial Teacher Training Programme.
